After watching High School Musical on ice live last week (with my nieces), I had the same feeling I had after watching the gymnastics portion of the summer Olympics last year and after every episode of Fox's "So you Think you Can Dance." I was slightly regretful for about 20 minutes that I never got into something that I stuck with long enough to become really great at it.
I guess it comes as no surprise then, that after watching this . . .
"Keep your head in the game"
"Stick to the stuff you know"
That Saturday's date night consisted of this . . .
And this . . .
Niels is a good sport.

Looks like a very fun date night. So I am going to take you up on your resolution. I miss you so much! We will probably be going down to St. George soon. Maybe we will just continue down to Vegas. What is your phone number? I think the one I have is old. When you get a chance let me know. Tell Niels hello and his orange picking techniques looked interesting. Love ya both!
P.S. This is Ally. I think I am in John's account.
Hahaha - looks like you both had fun! So when you coming up here again? We have to be sure to get together. Kaia is dying to meet you ;-)
I too attended high school musical on ice. Don't we feel blessed for having been there??
Just have kids and live your life you never had through them. ;) Any plug I can throw in for a niece or nephew.
Still trying to figure out how that works.
A little tid bit of information for you: I took ice skating lessons as a young child.
Of course you did. You have so many random skeletons in your closet. Can't wait to dish some more out next week.
